步文博:复旦大学,材料科学系/聚合物分子工程国家重点实验室,教授(二级)、博士生导师,“国家杰出青年基金”获得者、科技部中青年科技创新领军人才、上海市优秀学术带头人;复旦大学附属华山医院、同济大学医学院兼职教授。2002年于南京工业大学获博士学位,同年进入中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所工作,2005年晋升为副研究员,2008年破格晋升为研究员,2009年聘任为博士生导师,2011年起担任高性能陶瓷和超微结构国家重点实验室副主任;2016年3月,调入华东师范大学工作,曾担任上海市绿色化学与化工过程绿色化重点实验室常务副主任;2020年3月,作为特聘教授全职调入复旦大学材料科学系/聚合物分子工程国家重点实验室工作。

研究方向为材料生物学(招生专业:材料物理与化学、材料学):1. 新型光电磁功能材料的合成方法学研究; 2. 稀土功能材料的光磁学、分子影像学与疾病(肿瘤)高效诊疗研究;3. 新型多功能材料用于脑科学研究(神经显像与神经调控)。 

近五年,研究工作聚焦于新型无机功能材料的结构设计、化学可控合成及其生物医学应用的基础研究,选择稀土功能材料和过渡金属化合物为主要材料体系,围绕无机生物材料的“多模态影像与多功能治疗的高效融合”关键科学问题,在新型稀土及过渡金属功能材料的设计与制备中做出了系统性创新工作:(1)揭示了Gd基无机影像探针的磁共振影像机理,构建了基于稀土功能材料的系列新型多模态影像探针,实现了单一探针的结构影像和功能影像的高效融合与协同增强成像;提出了纳米CT负造影剂的新概念,使得利用CT负造影剂检测无腔实体肿瘤成为可能。(2)发现了稀土功能材料的“放疗增敏效应”,提出了“克服乏氧、利用乏氧、规避乏氧”三类材料设计策略,实现了精准影像介导下的多功能协同增强的乏氧肿瘤高效治疗;首次提出了“化学动力学疗法”和“离子干扰疗法”新概念,拓展了无机功能材料用于“肿瘤饥饿疗法”新思路,实现了基于肿瘤微环境特异性诱导激活的高效治疗;其中,“化学动力学疗法”入选科睿唯安与中国科学院联合发布的《2021研究前沿》化学与材料科学领域的“重点热点前沿”研究方向。(3)发展了系列近红外光激发的新型UCNP影像探针,实现了实时动态影像检测活体脑神经活动、脊髓神经损伤的高效修复和功能恢复。该系列研究为解决“常规医学影像探针性能低、常规肿瘤治疗技术(化疗、放疗)固有缺陷、脑神经影像和调控”等临床医学瓶颈问题提供了新的研究思路。

近年来,在国家自然科学基金委和上海市科委的资助下,作为项目负责人,先后主持承担了包括8项国家自然科学基金(杰青、重点、专项)在内的多项国家级科研项目。作为项目骨干,全程参与完成了包括973计划、863计划、国家自然基金重点项目等多项国家级科研项目。

近五年,作为通讯作者在Nature NanotechnologyChemSci. Adv.J. Am. Chem. Soc.”Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.”Adv. Mater.Nature. Commun.等国际核心SCI学术期刊上发表研究论文80余篇,受邀著名综述类学术期刊Acc. Chem. Res.”、Chem. Rev.Chem. Soc. Rev.等撰写6篇专题综述论文,论文SCI他引1.95万余次,连续入选Clarivate Analytics(科睿唯安)全球高被引科学家(2019,2020,2021,2022);其中,1篇研究论文入选2012年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文20余篇研究论文入选 ESI “Highly Cited Papers”10余篇研究论文被 Nature/SciBXChemical& Engineering NewsChemistryViewsAsian ScientistChemistryWorldPhys.org等国际著名专业新闻媒体作为研究亮点进行了专题报道和评述。获授权中国发明专利多项。
