Research Interests:
My current research focus on the field of computational biophysics, system biology, stochastic modeling, data mining, and computational neural sciences. We develop theoretical approach to study the stochastic dynamics of gene regulatory networks, and apply these approaches to explore the mechanims of cell cycle, cancer, stem cell development and other biological systems.
