个人简介Personal Profile
刘利伟
复旦大学芯片与系统前沿技术研究院,青年副研究员。2019年至2021年在复旦大学微电子学院从事博士后研究工作;2015年至2019年于中山大学电子与信息工程学院攻读博士研究生学位;2012年至2015年于华南师范大学华南先进光电子研究院攻读硕士学位。
主要面向新型二维电子器件研制及功能电路集成,低温电子器件多物理场性能表征,新型显示驱动电路设计、仿真等方面。目前,承担国家自然科学基金面上项目一项(2024);上海市自然科学基金面上项目一项(2024);国家自然科学基金青年基金项目一项(2020,已结题);作为任务负责人,承担国家重点研发计划项目一项(2022)。以第一/共同作者在Nature Electronics, Nature Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical, Advanced Electronic Materials, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Applied Physics Letters等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利4项,国际专利1项,其中获授权中国发明专利2项。
