刘敏旗，女，2024年起任复旦大学中国语言文学系讲师，主要研究方向为句法学、语言习得、心理语言学、汉语言学。2023年获加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）语言学博士学位，本科毕业于北京大学中国语言文学系。研究方向为语言习得与句法学，研究成果发表于 Language Acquisition、Languages、Tsinghua Linguistics 等学术期刊及BUCLD、LSA等会议论文集。博士论文曾获美国国家科学基金会（NSF）博士论文研究基金资助。2025年入选上海市白玉兰人才计划青年人才项目。目前在复旦大学教授生成语言学、语言习得与发展、音系学、专业英语等课程。
