My research interest lies in the fields of Control of Partial Differential Equations.

Many systems in sciences and industry are described by means of Partial Differential Equations (PDEs). For these systems, an important issue is to steer the system to some desired targets by using suitable controls, taking into account the control costs and control constraints. Another important issue is to stabilize unstable equilibrium (or to improve the stability) by means of suitable feedback laws. Such problems become more and more important in various fields of applications. The mathematical problems are very challenging in both theoretical and numerical aspects.
