招聘岗位：博士后（两年）
岗位设置
方向一、海马体记忆功能的高场强磁共振研究
阿尔兹海默症的早期预警标记物是该疾病精准诊疗的重要研究方向。此前研究表明，海马体功能异常对阿尔茨海默症可能具有早期预警作用。但是，海马体具有多个功能子区，3T磁共振很难分辨。高场强（7T）磁共振为该研究方向带来的新契机。本项目拟在轻度认知障碍患者以及健康老年人等人群中研究海马的功能和结构，发现早期标记、研究病情发展规律等，研发海马记忆功能训练系统，与老年队列合作构建健康云平台等。
方向二、高级认知功能计算建模及其跨疾病研究
认知功能损害在多种精神障碍中存在。对认知损害与精神症状、与脑结构和功能异常、与神经递质功能变化等之间的关系的研究，将为精神障碍发病机制提供新线索。特别是，通过任务范式和计算建模，将复杂行为产生机制量化到参数空间，结合磁共振成像，研究关键参数的行为、脑影像、神经递质等相关性等。
方向三、精神分裂症小鼠模型研究
基于我们前期在JAMA Psychiary、Nature Human Behaviour等期刊上发表的工作，我们构建了小鼠模型（点突变、敲减、敲增3个品系），希望开展多吹度实验，包括宏观尺度的认知灵活性、饮酒行为等行为学实验，介观尺度的磁共振影像学实验，和微观尺度的神经生物学实验等，全面研究该错意突变带来的功能改变，探索其对纹状体结构发育、精神分裂和酒精成瘾风险等的影响机制。
招聘人数： 3名
应聘条件：
1. 至少满足前述岗位设置一项
2. 具有认知/临床神经科学、神经影像学、生物信息、统计学、计算机等相关领域背景者优先考虑；
3. 熟悉掌握Matlab，R等编程语言具备脑影像数据分析相关工作经验者优先考虑；
4. 在国内外研究机构获得或近期即将获得博士学位，以及从其他博士后科研流动站（工作站）出站的博士后研究人员，获得博士学位5年以内；
5. 近年至少在相关专业国际期刊发表1-2篇第一作者论文，具有较强英文读写与交流能力；
6. 具有较强的团队合作精神，年龄一般为35岁以下。
福利待遇：
1、聘期2年，优秀博士后可考虑续聘至四年。普通博士后年薪25万，复旦超级博士后年薪30-35万，上海市超级博士后年薪35-40万，国家引进人才计划与博新计划年薪40万以上（所有待遇为税前年薪，含工资、社保、公积金、住房补贴等，具体等级根据应聘者条件评定）。
2、支持申请各种基金与博士后项目 ：包括中国博士后基金、国家自然科学基金、上海扬帆人才计划等各类国家派出项目以及学术交流项目。

Barbara J. Sahakian教授简介
Barbara J. Sahakian教授英国国家学术院及英国医学科学院两院院士。她是英国精神药理学协会和国际神经伦理学协会前任主席，目前就职于英国剑桥大学行为和临床神经科学研究所。研究方向旨在了解认知、情感和行为障碍的神经基础，以便开发更有效的药理和心理治疗。目前研究群体包括健康的志愿者和有脑损伤、阿尔茨海默病、注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)、强迫症、药物滥用、抑郁和躁狂的患者群体；使用技术包括精神药理学、神经心理学、神经成像(fMRI和PET)和遗传技术。

认知功能评估与训练的脑影像学研究

认知神经科学动物模型
Position 2: Cognitive Neuroscience
Fudan University is one of the leading institutions in China for higher-education and scientific research. The Institute of Science and Technology for Brain-inspired Intelligence (ISTBI) is a recently established centre at Fudan University that provides an interdisciplinary platform for cutting-edge research in brain sciences. One potential study is about the cognitive flexibility and schizophrenic symptom of 3 genetic mouse lines, including both knock-down and over-expression of SLC39A8 and knock-in rs13107325 ZIP8 Ala391Thr. This study is based on our recent publication Luo et al. JAMA Psychiatry 2019. Within ISTBI, the Centre for Cognitive Neuroscience is an integrative research platform that investigates the biological basis of cognition from micro-scale individual neurons to systems-level neural circuits.
